IIRC, I believe you can use dbm_setpath to set them... but I'm not sure what else you would have to change.

dbm_setpath indepdatapath <independent data path> <independent program path>
dbm_setpath indepprogpath <independent program path> <dependent path>
inst_reg <dependent path>
