Error 453 connecting to MaxDB with SQL Studio

New to MaxDB, so running a test DB on my laptop and desktop. When I open SQL Studio and go to add a new table I get an Unexpected Error:

Module: SQLStudio.MiscDefinitionControl
Function: updateMiscDefinition
Error No. 453
Error: Cant find DLL entry point table_clustered in TableDefC (goes out of the dialogue box at this point)

I've had a hunt around through the forums and the web and can't see anything.

I'm trying to connect with Crystal Reports XI but when I do I get a list of tables that I can't find in the DB and none of the ones I created. As well as that I'm trying to get my head around where it puts the tables I create - which is not where I expect them to be. It's certainly not as straight forward as SQL Server (sorry) or MySQL with the Control Centre but thats probably just down to experience.
