This is not an XML-related question, but a string function

You can split the elements of the date string by the ocurrences of "/" and concatenate the year, month and date virtual column.

'200', SUBSTRING_INDEX(datecolumn,'/',-1), '-',
SUBSTRING_INDEX(datecolumn,'/',1), '-',
FROM test
