TNTWare Unicode controls + LX Controls - can be found via EDonkey or DC++ (they are freeware) - now they are purchased by "s h i t" TMS components but they must "s u c k".
And as DataAccess use MicroOlap DAC for MySQL - verry good and stable with powerfull support of queries and so on...
And in that TNT there are also classes TntStringField wich automatically encode widestring to UTF8 and save it to database - so you do not need to worry about this.

In the bad situation you can use also Utf8Encode/Utf8Decode to manually code strings - but it is not practicall.
