The app is written in Delphi 10.2/FireDAC.
As for how it will access the server, I'm open to suggestions. Our installations with the app that this will replace, use FoxPro database, so the server connects to the workstations with cat5 or cat6 and the server provides the data to each station which has their own copy of the app. It would be good if we could get by with as little hardware change as possible. Beyond that, I'm open to suggestions. When I get this answered, I'll put the program in a test site.
