No, definetly not. There's no version info in the property Win2k window, and I did not find any version-related string at the beginning or at the end of the file. The file is 245.760 bytes long, and the timestamp is Sunday 16 March 2003, 12.45.18.
Anyway, where can I find the 4.1 libmysql?
