Looking for company that provides remote mySQL db access

Hello,

There are a couple of similar topics but here it is again. I am in the US and am looking for a company that provides remote access to a mySQL db. I have a small client Java app that uses JDBC that connects to the db on port 3066 (or whatever port the hosting service provides). I looked into www.hostexcellence.com and they said they do *not* support this capability. One other company mentioned here appears to only support UK users.

Any help appreciated!
