I would just like to add to this discussion.
I am with Orion Hosting (www.orion-hosting.co.uk) and I have never had a better host.
Their prices are incredibly competetive, the staff are very helpful and I've had no end of technical support from them and they've always been there to help.
I suggest at least dropping an email to them. I have several company websites hosted with them and I've not got a single complaint!
