When Python advanced to version 2.5,

It looks like the MySQL people have been assuming that the Python people were taking care of the glue module, while the Python people assumed the MySQL people were taking care of it. In fact, one guy on Sourceforge is doing the work. And he's no longer supporting the Windows version.

The only available version for the current Python for Windows right now comes from a World of Warcraft guild:

Somebody needs to step up and keep MySQL and Python talking.
