Re: Having a tough time connecting to Mysql server

I am also having this problem. I am on Windows XP running Python 2.3.5 and mySQL5.0. The version of mySQL-Python script apparently compatible with python 2.3.4. or above.
Each time i try to create a Z mySQL connection string, i get the same error
