Hey Dan,

I see you've fixed the errors in your script from yesterday and are making some progress. Given your level of experience, you're really asking the wrong crowd about your PHP problems. This forum is for Perl/MySql programming.

There are a number of different ways to implement session tracking in PHP, depending on some settings in the configuration file. There doesn't appear to be enough info in your post to be able to answer your question. There seems to be something going on that we can't see.

You seem to have the db portion of the program working. I suggest you take your other questions to a forum that deals only in PHP. You'll get better help there.
