Hi Amir,

I would turn on the query logger then inspect the queries submitted by this group. Also, try forcing IE7 emulation on IE8 and IE9. Those 2 browsers do things a bit differently, forcing IE7 emulation takes care of some of those things.

To force IE7 emulation, place this in the head of your Doc:

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7">

Also, are they submitting queries with a different character set?
