HI,
I installed Mysql (version mysql-standard-5.0.18-solaris10-sparc-64bit) on sun v240,
also intalled the DBI 1.5 , DBD 3.000. But when I test the programme, show "The DBD::mysql can not installed in purpose because the library mysql.so doesn’t exists."
The perl in solaris is 5.8.4.
-bash-3.00$ file /usr/bin/perl
/usr/bin/perl: ELF 32-bit MSB executable SPARC Version 1, dynamically linked, stripped

How can I do ? Does perl support 64bit Mysql ?
Thanks for your help.
