well still i have the same problem..

ok let me tell

I am using phpMyAdmin 3.1.1..

Oh yes a (web) application is running some updates..

and while selecting i have

"SELECT * FROM tbl_test";

or similar pattern with conditions..

but why this letter öå changes to ??..

and in this database there is only language to which i am

working for i.e. swedish

is there distinct way to solve this issue of mine
