MySQL Long Text Field - How to retrieve data with no new line \n

Hi everybody,

I am trying to create a text file using the data of a mysql database, the only problem I have is that the longtext field containing text information have text that is spread in multiple lines.

Is it possible to retrieve the data from the longtext field and squize all the text content in one single line?

Any help would be great,
