How to fwrite the result of the query as string?

I am having a problem on writing the result of the query completely. When I save the query to a file, for example the reult of the query is 00175, it only writes 175 on the file.. I think it treats the 00175 as an integer that's why it disregard th 00 and writes 175. How can I make it 00175? Thanks..
