Creating a new table of query results causes error

usning "CREATE TABLE sub_Summary pk_index FROM summary WHERE fwhm > 0.11;

I get "ERROR 1292(22007): Truncated incorrect DOUBLE value: 'Peak Index"

All my variables for summary are VARCHAR(30), as I was having trouble loading the values otherwise from a text file.

Why is it trying to create Double? And how do I get rid off this error??
