PHP5 MySQL 4 Windows 2000 Cannot connect
I had to rebuild my server and its no longer working.
I have Windows 2000, MySQL ver 4 and PHP5.
I have configured ODBC (at least a user DSN and a system DSN). I have tested PHP (with the time script) and it works. I have tested MySQL (connecting with the administrator from a remote machine) and it works.
I just cannot get PHP to work with MySQL.
I have been looking at the articles that mention the php.ini but mine says that they are no longer needed since there is ODBC support.
I use Dreamweaver and when trying to access the DB it says: “Your PHP server doesn’t have the MySQL module loaded or you can’t use the mysql_(p)connect function.”
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Carlos
