This query gets the info you need.

SELECT n.newspaper_site
, n.facebook
, n.twitter
, r.radio_site
, r.rfacebook
, r.rtwitter
FROM brasil_newspapers n
JOIN brasil_radio r
ON r.city = n.city
WHERE n.state='Amapá'
ORDER BY n.city;

Outputting that as html is a job for php.

Good luck,
Barry.
