I don't really understand the problem. That said, although this is ostensibly a PHP forum, I think it's really meant for problems associated with the integration of PHP and MySQL.
Your problem seems to be more about building multidimensional arrays from form data in PHP - although I appreciate that as a newbie you might not have known that.
Anyway, as such I think your question would be best directed towards a dedicated PHP forum.
