I fixed it, after searching forever.
It turns out that the previous MySQL was still a service, I downloaded a service remover and removed it, now it works, it gave error 2003 cause it couldnt start the service do to error 0 in the config wizard when trying to start the service.

No, I will NOT fix your computer!
