drilling down search results
What is the best way to drill down search results in a PHP/MySQL setup? I am trying to design a fairly complex search setup that does preliminary searches and then drills the results down based on additional variables. I'm not sure whether I should do the drill-down in MySQL or in PHP, and I'm sure either has its own drawbacks. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
