Why use php?
Hi I am new to database admin, I'm using phpMyAdmin to edit my tables, but I was looking at a tutorial online regarding php and mysql integration.
My question is Why use php scripts to edit databases? is it only for user input or would there be any reason for me to put some sort of administrative fields to add or edit my databases?
This is for a small business catalog by the way.
Would this be too much work to be worth it?
