Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Pragma\IQC\Database_Select.php on line 18

Anyone,

I have followed the following link's instructions:
http://www.siteinaweek.com/installphp5/howto.php , and reinstalled php according to this link but I still get the error.

Can someone please help.
