MySQL embedded vs. MySQL server-client performance comparison
Hi,
I am using MySQL embedded and would like to use MySQL server-client to emulate MySQL embedded. Meaning, both MySQL server and client will be running on the same Linux machine and will have one to one connection.
I am wondering if anyone has experienced both configurations and can share some performance figures.
Probably, the server-client configuration is slower than the embedded, but I am wondering how much? (for example, less than 10% is great).
Thanks,
Maoz
