Foreign Keys?

Forgive me for this stupid question...im working on a massive project and I seem to have great diffculty adding FK's to my tables.

Im converting it from MS-SQL <to avoid paying fees>

I just read somewhere that the MyISSAM <sp?> dosent support FK's

Please tell me theres a different engine i can use under MySQL.
Id hate to have to scrub my project due to a lack of support.

I also wouldnt want to use comparison logic statements either.

Ive been using the MySQL products <IE: Query browser and admin> and for whatever reason the FK's wont show up when i create them.

I cant even find documentation on the stuff.

Help!
