Help error message: The system file is not suitable for running...

Hello!

Newbee here...

When running the setup.exe file my system sends a 16 bit windows subsystem message... C:\winnt\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application.

What is causing this message to appear and what can I do to fix it.
