Connecting to MSSQL Server

Hi,

I'm Trying to migrate a MSSQL server db to MySQL with the Migration Toolkit without any luck,
I've tried every possible username and password i can think of that might possibly work, including the username and password that i log onto windows with but still no luck.
I connect to sql server normally with windows authetication.

Is there a specific username and password that i should use?
Is there a driver that i should install to migrate a sql server db to mysql?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!
