hi Mr Behnam
well, i had tried this for migrating from SQLServer 2000 to MySQL (both on windows).
none of migration tools i tried migrated properly so i used two of them. i used intelligent convertors to migrate the schema('cause e.g. navicat doesn't migrate PK and FKs and any other constraints) and another tool like navicat to migrate data.
you can migrate data by DTS also(i don't know does SQLServer 7 has DTS or not) by using txt files.

regards
Chagh
