automated tool for converting stored procedures??

the mysql migration tool does not appear to convert views (at least not my views) and stored procedures and functions from mssql or oracle to mysql.
does anyone know of a tool that would allow me to do this??
I have quite a number of stored procedures that I want to convert, realizing that I will likely need to modify them etc before they are usable.
any help appreciated.
