You can try using ETL tools to convert Access data to MSSql. You can try using Talend http://www.talend.com/ : it's an open source tool that will let you perform that conversion. It also has a lot of other functionality/big community that you'll discover when using the software and exploring the TalendForge. Hope this helped!
