Something like an ETL tool could be of some help for you? I think it could. There are plenty of open source tools that could help you out on your conversion and on your daily data quality and management tasks. You can view
http://www.talend.com/ Talend if you'd like. It's a nice alternative to other software that you've got to pay. It is downloadable for free.
