I don't know of any tools which convert directly from .BAK file. We offer database migration service, so you can send us your backup and we send you back converted mysqldump file. Contact us at support on our spectralcore.com domain if that's what you'd like.
However, if you have SQL Server installed, simply restore your backup to a live SQL Server database, then use our Full Convert Enterprise to quickly convert from your live SQL Server database to your target MySQL database. See
