Try DBSync tool from http://dbconvert.com/convert-mssql-to-mysql-sync.php for cross db synchronization between MSSQL and MySQL. Trigger based feature http://dbconvert.com/trigger-based-database-sync.php will help with pushing data from (A)s to (B) node. Destination (B) might be either MySQL or MS SQL.
Bi-directional synchronization between MSSQL and MySQL is available as well.
You can setup multiple sessions to do sync job automatically.
