Hi!
I'm afraid you cannot estimate time you need to migrate to MySQL. There is too many variables that have impact for that process. To migrate database you can use migration wizard from MySQL Workbench. Time you need it for this depend from your machine, network speed, how large is your db structure and how many data is inside. Also if you have any stored procedures/functions you must it rewrite manually. Then you must adjust your source code to work with MySQL. That's all is complex and almost impossible to predict how long it takes.
