ISAPI Filter

I have difficulty running an SQL query from URL when I tried MYSQL. Basically, my problem is MS SQL has an ISAPI Filter that connects to MSSQL. It is very easy to create a virtual directory with MSSQL for it configures IIS automatically for that virtual directory. Now I think I have to create a virtual directory on IIS manually but I do not know what ISAPI filter to use and set. Can anyone help me?

The system I'm using is WINXP w/ IIS, MYSQL, MSYQL ADMINISTRATOR and BROWSER

I also tried installing PHP thinking it can solve my URL problem.

Hoping someone can enlighten me how to use MYSQL on IIS and setting up its virtual directory and its corresponding ISAPI filter to run
