regardless of available tools, there are a few things that won't readily migrate from Oracle to MySQL:

-code: all triggers, functions, stored procedures and views must be manually coded anew in MySQL.
-check constraints: mysql does not have check constraints, so you are going to have to take care of those in another way (you can sometimes use MySQL triggers to do that)

For data and table structure migration take a look at the migration toolkit (download it from the mysql website). It is bundled with the MySQL GUI tools. Alas, the Migration Toolkit is available only in the windows distribution.
