Bala Raju,

Are you interested in transferring data from your Oracle datbase to MySQL manually or via replication? If it's the former, MySQL can import data given an SQL script (e.g., you can execute an SQL file using 'SOURCE filename') or textfile (e.g., LOAD DATA INFILE). For the latter, there are third-party replication software packages such as GoldenGate's products for replicating data from Oracle to MySQL.
