How to migrate from an Oracle db using os authentication

Greetings,

I need to migrate from an Oracle database using OPS$ stuff. Users are definded as being "identified externally" by the OS authentication schema. Looking in the MySQL documentation I don't fine any thing of equivalent. Doesn any body have any suggestion ?
