I am new to Oracle so need some help from you guys i am facing few problems that i need help with
1Q: When ever i start oracle from cmd prompt the language of cmd changes to Arabic from English hwere as i had install oracle in English
C:\>sqlplus

2Q: I was working on Unix till now this is the first time i am using oracle on windows . Now after sqlplus when i try /as sysdba it gives me error insufficient privilages i have to login using sys as sysdba and then i have to enter password
so how can i login using /as sysdba on windows
3Q: We can export excel files to oracle using sql loader . But can we export oracle table to excel using it ? If yes then how ? If no then is there alternate ways to do i t??
Please if you know the answer help me .
