Oracle Reference Cursor

Hello All,

I am new to MySql. I am not sure whether you can have reference cursor in mysql like you have in Oracle. Is there anyway to accomplish this in MySql. I need to migrate some of the Oracle stuff to mySql which has reference cursor.

I will appreciate your help.
