How does My SQL stack up against Oracle.
I am proposing a new database tool to evaluate a complex network. I will have approximately 8,000,000 records, and I want to be able to access data with high speed to feed an interactive graphing interface.
will I be able to pull 300 datapoints for 12 datafields in under a second for use in a graph from an 8 million record database.
