Export only portion of oracle database which had been changed

Hi all,

I have been exporting corporate oracle database to mysql database for web system .... Till now what i have done is simply export the whole table from oracle then import in mysql... but i am thinking of the way by which export is done for only that part of data which have been changed since my last export. i have tried many methods using php... but the methods are not so accurate... Can you pls help me to export only changed portion of database...

I will really appreciate you kind help...
