Migrate from Oracle

Hi All

I have a small Oracle database, I want to learn MySql, I downloaded and installed MySql Community Server, and MySql Migration Tool.

I don't know where to start? shall i create a new database in MySql first and migrate from oracle, shall i export from Oracle?

Can anyone help please me, thank you in advance
