Getting recent updated record

Hi Friends,

I have a table with some fields like ID, RH_STATUS etc..
when i purchase a product through online the status of
rh_status will be changed from i2 to i4. i need an SQL
Query to get the recent updated record where rh_status = 'i4'.
i tried, but not succeded so can you guys, please help.
