hierarchical query

How do u write the hierarchical query in mysql. for example my query in
oracle is

SELECT tkt_id, tkt_tkt_id,
LEVEL, LEAD (LEVEL, 1) OVER (ORDER BY LEVEL) nextlevel,
tickets_proc.tic_cust_dev_func (tkt_id) sla_status,
attribure15
FROM tickets_det
CONNECT BY PRIOR tkt_id = tkt_tkt_id
START WITH tkt_id = 3768
