[Beginner]Transform oracle sql statement into Mysql statements

Hello
I have problems because I have an sql file from an oracle 10 g database, it includes shemas, datas, I wish to transform these native oracle sql statement into Mysql's sql statements. The goal is to have a mysql database.
Is it possible ? and What tools allow it ?
Thanks for any help.

PS: The file that contains schemas, and insertion is 85 Mb. I do not know whether mysql's could support it ?
