Enterprise VS Community version.

Dear Guys,

Hope you all are fine. I am planing o use MySQL for my OLTP database. I will configure master-master replication as well. Can you please let me know what is the difference in terms of feature (like replication) if I use community version like "MySQL-server-community-5.1.37-0.rhel5.i386.rpm" or I use Enterprise (Paid) version of MySQL.

Please guide me so that I can decide accordingly.
