No, it does not. There is a data type that allows multivalued attributes (SET data type, http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/set.html) but this is not really like a dynamic array of rows that sits inside a column.

Having said that, why do you need them? If you can explain what you like to achieve, maybe someone can offer you an alternative solution.
