Yes sure, you can replace MySQL with Oracle and make WAMP server as WAOP server

To do this you will need to install Oracle Client Software and need to do some settings for PHP. You can have a look at the following

http://www.devside.net/wamp-server/connect-wamp-server-to-oracle-with-php-php_oci8_11g-dll

After you have successfully configured Oracle with WAMP server you can use the following tool http://www.dbload.com to migrate your data from MySQL to Oracle
